What is a token?
Tokens are usage credits. Base cost is :cost token per successful job. If you enable audio transcription, there is an additional cost based on the amount of audio sampled. The exact token cost is reported in the webhook billing payload.
How is audio transcription priced?
Audio transcription is an add-on to the base job cost. The add-on is :cost tokens per 10 seconds of sampled audio. You choose the number of segments (10, 20, or 30) and duration per segment (5-60 sec). The estimated cost is shown before job creation. Audio modes (vision_audio and audio) are available on paid plans only.
What are the generation modes?
Three modes are available: Vision (frame analysis only, all plans), Vision + Audio (frames + audio transcription, paid plans), and Audio Only (transcription without frames, paid plans). The Demo plan supports vision mode only with 10 frames.
Do tokens expire?
Token validity depends on your agreement. Contact sales for details.
Can I try before buying?
Yes. The free Demo plan includes 1 job/day with vision mode (10 frames). For testing audio modes, any paid plan unlocks vision_audio and audio generation modes.
What if I need more tokens?
